  • What are our business hours?

    Our office is open everyday from 10am to 05pm but we are always reachable until 10pm.

  • Do we have a reception?

    No, we do not have a reception. We have many buildings around downtown area and all of them have access through self check-in methods. However, we are always available by phone to help you.

  • Do we provide breakfast?

    No, we don't provide breakfast but we do have many recommendations :)

  • Where can I park my car?

    Close to all our buildings there are parking lots. Contact us and we'll let you know which one is the closest to your apartment.

  • Where can I leave my luggage?

    In pretty much all our buildings we don't have a place for our guests luggage. To store your bags, we recommend:

  • Is there a specific time for check-ins and check-outs?

    Our check-ins start at 03pm and check-outs are until noon. However, we have flexibility with early check-ins and late check-outs according to availability. Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs have a cost.

  • What type of payment methods do we accept?

    We accept payments with credit card, paypal or bank transfer.

  • Where is our main office?

    Our office is located in Rua do Breiner 208.

  • What is the city tax and do I have to pay it?

    The tourist tax is a fee charged to all guests staying in our city. The price is 2€ per person/night until the maximum of 7 nights and children under 3 years old do not pay. Only Airbnb guests don't have to pay the city tax as it is already included in the reservation price.

  • What's the SEF form?

    All short-term rentals in Portugal are required to report the presence and ID details to all guests to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service authorities (SEF) like you would have to do if it was a hotel check-in. Since our apartments are accessed through self check-in instructions, we will kindly ask you to fill in an online form to facilitate this process and after submitting to the designated platform we'll discharge the information.
